Shipping Methods

Orders are processed once payment is received.

When calculating delivery time, please consider the following:

  • Due to the variety of products we sell delivery information is noted in the description of the product. So be sure to check this information out.
  • Orders received for goods in stock after 1.00pm will be processed the following day
  • Credit card and address need to be verified


Within Australia

Orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post or by courier, both of which are able to be tracked and are more secure.

You will receive your order in 14 - 21 business days unless otherwise notified or if the goods are on back order.

International Orders

Order delivery time for international orders is approx 7 - 21 days.

The shipping cost of your order will be quoted on your order total as the price is dependant on the final size and weight of your order as well as destination.

Orders will have a tracking number for added security.

Please make sure your contact details are correct so that we can contact you with your freight cost.


Delivery fees are calculated on the dimensions and/or weight whichever is larger.

Some items are marked “Bulky”. The final delivery fee will be sent to you once payment is processed.  The order will not be processed until the additional delivery is paid.

Larger parcels

Furniture and large items   POA - Price is on application and depends on the location of the buyer.

As a guide to the delivery fee, a regular parcel fee:

New Zealand - $30.00

Asia - $50.00

North America - $60.00

Europe - $70.00

Rest of the World - $70.00

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Our aim is to provide you with a great shopping experience and for you to have the product you choose.

Please choose carefully, products cannot be refunded if they were wrongly chosen.

We will exchange an item or provide a credit note valid for 2 weeks from the purchase date.

If a product is faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you or not doing what it is supposed to, you are entitled to a refund under the Trade Practises Act.

Returns will be processed based on the following criteria:

i.   A written authority must be obtained before the product is returned.  Please email or call us on: +61 2 83569993 to obtain the Return Form.

ii.  Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

iii. Once request is approved, the price of the returned goods will be credited via original method of payment.  The delivery fee is not credited.

iv.  Products must be returned in the state in which they were received, ie: re-saleable.  Please carefully package the product and send back via registered post with a copy of your receipt and the Return Form, to:
